As a Sales & Client Engagement Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and technical teams. This role is well-suited to individuals looking to grow in business development, sales development, or client solutions, with clear opportunities to advance into senior sales positions. Your role is not about high-pressure selling—it’s about building trust, understanding customer needs, and helping tailor solutions that add real value. We will provide technical training, but you should bring strong communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the drive to build a career in sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs in fabrication services, parts supply, and automation projects.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate client requirements into practical solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Identify opportunities for new business within existing and potential accounts, supporting business development initiatives.
- Support project discussions, ensuring clients feel guided and informed at every stage.
- Participate in industry networking, exhibitions, and events to represent the company.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance value-driven technical sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, business development, account management, or technical support).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to talk to people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a technical/engineering environment.
- A proactive and positive mindset, with the resilience to handle challenges and follow through.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Malay/Chinese) are an advantage.
