- Attend to walk in customers, brief customers according to SOPs of aftersales, follow up with customers after their servicing experience with company
- Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed
- Able to handle customers' enquiries and to solve customer's complaints to provide an excellent customer service
- Assist in Body, Repairs and Paints process
- Spare Parts stock taking and ordering

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering /Mechanical Engineering /Hotel Management.
- 3 years' experience in managing a team in a service or workshop environment is an added advantage.
- Experience in car/power tool/ aftersales/hotel management business will also be considered.
- Sufficient understanding of aftersales processes.
- Able to work independently, good Interpersonal and communication skill.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
