**JOB DESCRIPTION : IMMEDIATE HIRING**

**Title : Recovery Executive**

**Duration : 6 Month Contract, possible to converted to permanent**

**Location : Taman Maluri**

**Interview : Immediate**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Keep tracking outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

**Qualification**:

- Minimum SPM (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome)

**Benefits**:

- EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization

**Allowances**:

- Personal Incentives, Group Incentives, Daily cash reward up to RM 3,000

**Working Days & Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday : 8.45am - 6.00pm
