*Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations

*Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency

*Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken

*Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers and technicians

*Provide training to production team, evaluate and maintain the training records

*Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are complied at all times

*Maintain good housekeeping within the workplace

*Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
