Job Description:
- Liaise with planner(s) for materials and parts ordering.
- Expedite the materials and parts with suppliers and sub-con when required.
- Ensure the materials are able to support the daily production operation.
- Generate PO, DO and invoice when required
- Update and maintain Store Inventory system.
- Check quantity, price and update purchase order delivery status.
- Liaise with forwarder for the air/truck/sea shipment arrangement.
- Support store for any data input and output of the Store Inventory system.
- Liaise and verify with Account department regarding invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers if they have any query on purchase order status, delivery mode and etc.
- To support planning department in the following job function when necessary:
i. Interface with various functional areas to resolve and co-ordinate scheduling activities to meet committed plans and sales order requirements.
ii. purchase materials required for production run and ensure materials are sufficient to supply to the line.
iii. Monitor & follow up on P/Os received
iv. Involve in Production meeting for planning to meet customers’ requirements.
v. Update inventory and material movements in SAP system.
vi. Assist in production plan, delivery performance and delivery reports.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- O level with some working experiences related / Diploma
- Basic computer knowledge e.g. Excel or Words
- Able to expedite & communicate internal & external customer
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
