We’re seeking a **WordPress Delivery Manager** to lead the final stages of website projects, working closely with content, design, front-end, back-end, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Your mission is to ensure every website is fully tested, optimized, and ready for client handoff, creating an exceptional user experience and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Website Delivery & Functionality Testing**
- Oversee the delivery of WordPress websites, ensuring all elements are fully functional and meet client specifications.
- Verify and configure critical website components, including:

- Plugins, forms, and chatbots.
- Social media integrations, RSS feeds, and retargeting pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
- Blog features like categories, tags, and sharing tools.
- Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure responsiveness and functionality.
- Collaborate with QA to identify and resolve bugs or issues before delivery.
- ** Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with content, design, front-end, and back-end development teams to ensure seamless integration of all website elements.
- Coordinate with DevOps to confirm hosting environments, deployment processes, and performance optimizations are completed.
- Act as the point of contact between teams during the final stages of website delivery to align on priorities and timelines.
- ** Integration & Optimization**
- Audit website performance, implementing solutions to improve speed, security, and reliability.
- ** Process Improvement & Innovation**
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows across teams to streamline the website delivery process.
- Propose innovative tools or strategies to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- ** Client Handoff & Support**
- Prepare websites for client handoff, ensuring documentation, training, and login credentials are securely provided.
- Train clients on managing their WordPress site, including basic updates, plugin management, and analytics review.
- Address client questions or concerns during the delivery phase and ensure all final adjustments are completed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing WordPress website delivery, including configuration and testing.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, plugins, and integrations.
- Familiarity with cross-team collaboration processes, including working with content, design, development, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting key integrations such as tracking pixels, analytics tools, lead capture systems, and chatbots.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with performance testing, security best practices, and optimization tools.
- Basic understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, PHP) is a plus.
