Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The position plays a critical role to explore and identify new business opportunities and new way of working to improve credit management and collections performance. Drive collections improvement through data-driven insights and effective performance tracking to build up sustainable revenue growth through aggressive customer acquisition and maximise customer lifetime value.

What are you accountable for?
- Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead to actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operation efficiency improvement.
- Drive improvement on outlet profitability and productivity through effective performance review/tracking.
Custodian of Business Intelligence dashboard design principles, including management of best practices, standards and guidelines for BI dashboards, to ensure consistency and single truth in the division for all business parameters.

What do you need to have for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree. Specialised in: Marketing, Statistic, Actuarial Science
- Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in in marketing, finance, commercial management, performance management
- Good communication and analytics skills
- Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly dynamic and adaptive
- Able to handle high pressure and tight timelines
