Job Details

What you will be accountable for?

Managing Client Relationships
- Growing client relationships
- Understanding clients' business
- Client account planning and feedback

Managing and Delivering Impactful Client Programs
- Voice of customers (VOC) platform and customer research program
- Project management - progress update, resources management and timelines adherence

Analysis & Insights
- Analysis - either via VOC platform dashboard or research tool (e.g. SPSS)
- Report writing
- Helping to deliver presentations and facilitate Client workshops

Required Skill
- Engaging communicator with appreciation of Clients’ strengths/challenges
- Strong analytical skills and curious mind
- Attention to details
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Experience
- University or college degree or equivalent experience
- CX frameworks and surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc)
- Advance skills in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and research tools
- Flair for IT system delivery and project management will be a huge advantage
