**Job Requirements**
- with minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient in call center operations, service policies, product knowledge, and after-sales SOPs; ability to independently resolve customer issues to achieve satisfaction.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Skills required: Customer Service, Communication Skills, Problem-solving, Patience, Multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal expression, and exceptional typing speed/accuracy.
- Capable of handling workload exceeding team average with service quality surpassing team KPIs.
- Strong service mindset, responsibility, and learning agility.
- Flexible to adapt to shift rotations and overtime.

**Job Mission**

Listen to customer voices, address inquiries patiently, resolve complaints proactively, and deliver standardized professional care services. Support customers to jointly build an industry-leading contact center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via hotline/online channels, resolving issues/complaints efficiently.
- Collect, document, and relay frontline customer feedback to HQ accurately and timely.
- Participate in product/service SOP training and assessments, meeting performance standards.
