**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project teams to establish and align **design direction.**:

- Translate design concepts into **detailed drawings and documentation.**:

- Coordinate with **contractors, consultants, and subcontractors** to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor **site progress and follow up**to ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure smooth **logistics arrangements.**:

- Handle all documentation related to sales, including **quotations, invoices, delivery orders, etc.**:

- Organize and maintain a **proper filing system** for sales documents and customer accounts.
- Update and maintain the **customer database** accurately.
- Provide excellent **customer service** by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in interior **design industry, sales coordination**, administrative, or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in **English and Chinese.**:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
