**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, executive, manage and promote the concept store nationwide to achieve profitability objectives
- Seek for pop-up opportunity, such as concert and bazaar
- Assist for store innovation and development planning, follow through on roll-out implementation in the areas such as recruitment assessment, store opening & renovation, merchandising guide setting & executive planning, store sell-out performance evaluation, and development of enhancement program
- Drive sell-out through strong retail visibility excellence in terms of product and branding as well as in-store communication
- Assist, monitor, and manage store’s maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standard
- Develop overall pop-up store concept, providing suitable and effective guidelines on merchandising
- Assist in the planning of weekly, monthly & special function promotions
- Increase brand share and shelf share in-store through in-depth performance analysis
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale best practices
- Provide a variety of summary reports on weekly and monthly basis to superior
- Recommend an effective marketing and promotion program to generate customer's awareness and sales
- Improve the service standards and customer's experiences at pop-up stores
- Supervise the operations of the pop-up store to ensure its smooth running
- Perform any other ad hoc task/ duties which may be assigned by superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Good communication, interpersonal and training skills
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Due to nature of business)

**Language**:

- 25% (preferred)
