**Key Responsibilities**

As a Recruiter, you will:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various roles across departments.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term goals.
- Provide strategic advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

**Employer Branding**:

- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s employer brand, including creating engaging job advertisements and attending career fairs.
- Represent the company as an ambassador, showcasing its values and culture.

**Data-Driven Decisions**:

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process using insights from analytics.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure recruitment activities align with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in f&b or machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools.

**Good-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
