**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build, maintain, and expand strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing timely support and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to propose appropriate IT solutions.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging market trends.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud, networking, and security products.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders, and conduct product demonstrations or presentations.
- **Account & Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Forecast and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers, technical teams, and project managers to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Liaise with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
- Ensure proper handover of closed projects to the delivery and support teams.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Retention**:
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and manage renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Handle and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in **IT sales, account management, or business development**, preferably with exposure to:
- IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, security)
- Cloud computing, software licensing, or managed services
- System integration or IT consulting projects
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, VMware, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to meet clients when required.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
