**Your Role and Responsibilities** Role Description:
The Shared Services Finance & Planning Analyst is considered a key player in driving the success of our company and is a strategic financial advisor to the business. In our teams, we promote innovative thinking, provide opportunities for training and skills development, support for integration into our organization and we put high focus on people development & career planning. In this position, you will collaborate with a wide range of finance and operations focals and will gain valuable insight into the business

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the business leadership team with analysis of Shared Services spending
- Drive innovation within our WW global financial processes to create measurable value
- Prepare WW consolidation reports for management, highlighting performance gaps vs budget/forecast
- Drive ownership and accountability around roadmaps to achieve targets
- Plan and control expenses across the Functions
- Resource tracking and affordability modeling
- Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decisions and demonstrating ownership and business knowledge

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise** What we are looking for:

- University education (Bachelor's degree) - preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or relevant experience
- Intermediate English language
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables/VLOOKUP is an advantage)
- Deep analytical skills and problem-solving approach
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and drive to solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Team player

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** 1 year Experience of Finance and planning analysis in multinational company
