**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for implementation of IMS in HR Department.
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms. SOP, policies and other HR related documented information.
- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and report to Managing Director.
- Review, update and Maintain proper filings such as employees’ medical expenses and insurances.
- Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
- Attending/Understanding employees’ grievances.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees’ termination.
- Coordinate training sessions or trainings for employees.
- Responsible to process the entire payroll spectrum for the Company.
- Prepare documents for statutory payments and handle issues related to statutory.
- Any other duties or tasks deemed fit directed by the immediate superior or appointed by the immediate supervisor.
- Back up all responsibilities of the Admin/clerks, when necessary.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelors in Human Resource Management, BBA or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any payroll system.
- Matured, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and possess good coordination and communication (both written & verbal)
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and general government compliances.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
