**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of large format plotter & multi-function printer.
- Conduct equipment training to customers.
- Feedback & complete technical service report
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Performing repairs and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

**What we're looking for**
- Possess Own Transport & willing to travel for work
- Preferably with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in IT background with experience in related field
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with customer and team
- Being able to response to urgency on time and complete task to tight deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on skills in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
