**Job Function**: Sales(Corporate)

- ** Job Description**: Main Roles:
1. Support the CEO with special tasks, follow up on assigned strategic projects, and coordinating with plants/functional teams on CEO requests & instructions
2. Understand CEO priorities & agenda to stay aligned and support the CEO to manage time including allocation & scheduling
3. Work within management team in handling relevant contents and high level administration duties at local & international levels
4. Create and add values to streamline administrative processes
5. Take a strategical approach to problem solving. Critical thinking is required to recommend and propose solutions (or options) to CEO
6. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO office and plant management/functional teams leadership to maintain good relationship with senior management staff and division head office team.
- **Requirement**:

- Education Background: Degree in any related field
- Required skills:
1. Possess strong critical and analytical (or mathematical) thinking skills,
2. High degree of integrity and ability to keep confidentiality at all times,
3. Strong attention to details, value-add/create values, and ability to follow through on CEO tasks, requirements, strategic projects, and priorities with a strategic approach and accuracy,
4. Support the CEO’s tasks/activities/actions to enhance CEO’s time availability for critical matters
5. High level communication ability in English, and
6. High level communication ability in Japanese (JLPT-N1/N2 levels or JP Univ. graduated).
