**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide basic information and directions as needed.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

Coordinate and manage training logistics (venues, schedules, materials).

Managing training and development budgets

Responsible for HRDC grants and claims and levy for group companies.

To perform any others tasks as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in an office administration is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact professionally with staff at all levels.

Knowledge of HRDCorp processes and training industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
