**Job Summary**
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our ToyGarden team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the right products, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s presentation standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are neat and attractive
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Assist in stock receiving, inventory counts, and replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times
- Support in-store promotions and events
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Able speak Mandarin and English
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Passionate about toys, games, and providing great customer experiences
