Admin Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and compile documents for submission to government agencies (licenses, permits, renewals).
- Ensure forms and supporting documents are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical drawings or required documents.
- Liaise with external consultants (e.g., environmental consultants) when necessary.
- Prepare and process payments to local councils, and keep proper records.
- Monitor license expiry dates and arrange timely renewals.
- Prepare simple reports for management on licensing and compliance matters.
- Attend briefings or training sessions from local councils when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (experience in licensing or government liaison is an advantage).
- **Able to communicate and understand Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.**:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to travel to government offices when needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
