Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Regularly update the inventory system to reflect current stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies.

2. Receiving and Dispatch:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against the accompanying documents.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of received goods.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments in a timely and organized manner.

3. Quality Control:

- Inspect incoming goods for quality and report any issues to the relevant department.
- Monitor the condition of stored items to prevent damage or deterioration.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.

5. Space Management:

- Optimize the use of storage space to ensure efficient utilization.
- Arrange goods in a logical and accessible manner to facilitate easy retrieval.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in the handling of goods.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

7. Communication:

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate stock movements and fulfill requests.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and freight companies.

8. Equipment Maintenance:

- Ensure that all equipment used in the warehouse, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Have basic knowledge in Warehouse Management

2. Additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

3. Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

6. Good physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks.

7. Familiarity with inventory management software.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
