**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ticketing & Reservation Clerk attention to detail and dedication to providing the best travel assistant will contribute to the overall satisfaction of clients._

1. Reservation Assistance: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services, ensuring that reservations are accurate and meet client preferences.

2. Ticket Issuance: Support the ticketing process, including issuing tickets, processing reissues, and calculating fares in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

3. Customer Support: Address client inquiries, provide information on travel options, and handle special requests. Offer timely and effective solutions to meet client needs.

4. Documentation: Verify travel documents, visas, and passports to ensure compliance with international travel requirements. Maintain organized and accurate travel records.

5. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure bookings and assist in negotiations that benefit clients.

6. Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring ticket and reservation inventory to ensure availability and support the company's revenue goals.

7. Quality Checks: Contribute to quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of reservation and ticketing data.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
