Job Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and expectations
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking project expenses, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring that team members are accountable for their work
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including project plans, risk and issue logs, change requests, and status reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, and share best practices across the organization

Pre-Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
