**What you'll be doing**
- Overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Driving sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies and managing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for the cafe team
- Identifying and addressing operational issues to continuously improve the customer experience
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Supporting the overall business strategy and growth initiatives of the company

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar cafe or restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and operations planning
- Familiarity with the Hospitality and Tourism industry, including food and beverage trends
- Passionate about creating a positive and engaging customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
