**Position Overview**:
**Live Host / Live Streamer: (RM4000 - RM8000)**

1. Game Steaming:

- Conduct high-quality game streams on various platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
- Provide entertaining and educational game commentary and analysis to engage viewers and keep their interest.
- Interact with and respond to audience comments and questions, fostering positive engagement.

2. Content Creation:

- Produce and share engaging promotional materials for live streams, including video clips, stream announcements, and social media posts.
- Develop creative content, such as gaming challenges, themed events, and special programs, to enhance viewer engagement.

3. Community Building:

- Maintain and grow the gaming community by establishing good interactions with viewers, increasing community activity and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in online events, competitions, and giveaways to enhance audience participation.

4. Data Analysis and Improvement:

- Monitor and analyze streaming data, such as audience engagement, watch time, and interaction feedback, to optimize streaming strategies.
- Adjust content and interaction methods based on data feedback to improve streaming quality and viewer experience.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with other teams within the company (such as marketing, content creation, and technical support teams) to drive project progress.
- Collaborate with game developers to provide feedback and suggestions on games, helping to enhance the gaming experience.

1. Live Support:

- Assist game hosts in preparing for live streams, including equipment setup, game configuration, and technical support.
- Monitor the streaming process to ensure it runs smoothly and address any unexpected issues in a timely manner.
- Interact with viewers during the stream, answer questions, collect feedback, and maintain a positive chat environment.

2. Content Creation:

- Assist in producing promotional materials for live streams, including teaser videos, social media posts, and stream posters.
- Help edit and upload stream replays, highlight clips, and other video content.

3. Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze streaming data, providing reports on audience engagement and feedback.
- Suggest improvements for live stream content and interaction methods based on data analysis.

4. Community Management:

- Maintain and grow the online community by building strong relationships with viewers to enhance audience loyalty.
- Assist in organizing online events and competitions to boost community activity.
