**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide personalized nutritional advice to customers based on their individual needs and health goals.
- Educate customers on the benefits of vitamins, supplements, and balanced diets.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to offer holistic health solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition trends and product knowledge.
- Handling complains or concerns from clients in a professional and empathetic manner, and escalating issues to higher management if necessary.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong background in nutrition or a related field.
- Ale to work well under pressure, manage multiple task simultaneously, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Both spoken and written).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Able to think analytically and resolve problems.
