- **_Deskripsi kerja: _**

Mengendalikan semua panggilan masuk yang berkaitan dengan pertanyaan am pelanggan, aduan, komen, maklum balas dan isu lain yang dibangkitkan berkaitan produk syarikat Melebihi jangkaan pelanggan dari segi perkhidmatan pelanggan & maklumat yang tepat. Bekerja dalam satu pasukan untuk mencapai elemen KPI dan SLA yang diperlukan. Untuk berjaya dalam peranan ini, calon perlu mempunyai: Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik (Berdasarkan keperluan bahasa projek). Lepasan SPM yang berminat untuk memulakan kerjaya di pusat panggilan juga digalakkan memohon - Latihan Penuh Disediakan. Calon dikehendaki bekerja mengikut giliran. Akan diberi cuti 1 hari dalam seminggu. Pengalaman bekerja dalam industri perkhidmatan akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan untuk jawatan ini.

Latihan Bahasa Inggeris - Aegis menyediakan latihan Bahasa Inggeris kepada pekerja Aegis yang ingin meningkatkan kemahiran komunikasi & penulisan perniagaan mereka. Faedah tambahan - Elaun syif, Insentif prestasi dan tuntutan Kerja Lebih Masa.

RM1,500 - Bonus kemasukan kerja selepas 3 bulan bekerja

Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
