Manages a team of Content Analysts, holding responsibility for people management, day to day operations, and accomplishing Divisional objectives through the delivery of service and quality targets. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Manages a team of Analysts in a hybrid working environment - Assigns and reviews work, driving and monitoring performance and results - Develops expertise within the team by identifying gaps in knowledge and proposing or conducting training of more junior staff - Motivates team to meet customer requirements and improve quality and service standards by setting challenging but achievable key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leads a team and ensures all escalation/issues are handled appropriately and according to policy - Leads performance enablement discussions - Manages the day-to-day operations and recruitment, training and development of the team - Contributes to cross functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives.
