**Job Purpose**
Contribute to AXA Security, in the Physical Security field, by participating to the design of the frameworks, maintaining the operational resilience strategies and solutions, the animation of the correspondents’ network, the governance, in order to answer AXA clients’ expectations, AXA Group ambition and comply with Regulations.
**Responsibilities**
**Market Oversight -**
- Provide templates for Physical Security and Travel processes and policies.
- Facilitate awareness and training for local entities to ensure compliance to Group standards.
- Ensure roles and responsibilities are well understood by local entities.
- Develop relationships between entities and Group functions to support in delivering controls.
- Develop relationships with local authorities, security forces and security-related networks to detect emerging threats and facilitate support during a crisis.
- Support and stakeholder communication in case of an incident.
- Report on status and remediation progress to CCSO and Market Governance.
- Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities.
- Advice about the Prepare & Develop budgets for security operations.
- Conduct threat or vulnerability analyses to determine probable frequency, criticality, consequence, or severity of natural or can made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services (Risk Management).
- Train the Local Security managers and members and arrange their trading for travel security training.
- Receiving the incidents reports from the local security managers and give them support in case they need advice or support.
- Managing the visits of the VIP’s and Expats members (in level 4 countries) from their arrival, security, escorting, movements till their departure with the local security teams.
- Develop, conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of facility and personnel security processes.
- Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies that can affect security operations.
**Market Services -**
- Facilitate Crisis and/or evacuation Exercises for entities within the market, in collaboration with the Operational Resilience Officer.
- Facilitate Security Risk Assessments for AXA Offices and employee presence.
- Facilitate Travel Security Function for IMa, and other entities who require it.
**International Markets Office -**
- Ensure IMa Crisis Team is in place and well trained.
- Ensure local incident management is in place.
- Ensure Business Continuity controls are in place and tested as per Group Standards.
**Travel Security Function -**
- Monitor the travel security plan and processes.
- Ensures that travellers are properly informed of any risks at the destination.
- Ensures that travellers have participated in appropriate Travel Risk Awareness training.
- Ensures that safety is considered when choosing travel-related services (such as airlines, taxi companies, hotels, and accommodations).
- Ensures adequate travel insurance coverage for employees, including travel assistance and emergency repatriation services.
- Monitors and records employee travel details (in the contracted travel operator's system/website), keeping these records accessible in case of any incident or crisis.
- In case of incidents, non-compliance with processes or misconduct, engage HR according to internal processes.
- Tracking our staff and members in their international travel around the region and coordinate between the security departments of the two destinations to be sure of the security of our members.
**Health and Safety -**
- Managing and verifying the safety plan and procedures for AXA and IM staff members.
- Maintain the safety of AXA and IM staff members during their business trips.
- Ensure that all the safety instructions and procedures are in place for the safety of AXA drivers, cars and property from the local security managers.
- Ensure that the evacuation plan and procedures of each entity and provide them with the necessary advice and support and follow up the fire drill schedule and exercise of each entity.
- Ensure that all the safety Equipment in each entity is in their place and able to be used.
- Ensure that the local Security managers conduct necessary safety training for AXA staff members like: First aid, firefighting, safety driving etc.
- Reporting to the Head of Security of the group and the CCSO immediately any case related to the safety of AXA staff.
- Reporting to the Head of Security of the group and the CCSO any point can impact the safety of our employee or assets.
- Ensure from the local Security mangers that all AXA contractors and 3rd parties are following AXA safety rules and instructions.
