**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
- To assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the firm / company from time to time.

**Key Requirements**
- Possess Bachelor's Degree of Law (LLB) with a valid Practising Certificate
- 0 to 3 PQE in handling developers' projects and/0r sub-sale SPA and loan documentations
- Good command of English & Malay language
- Good verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage time well and ability to meet deadline
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- This position is only open to Malaysian citizens._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,897.53 per month
