Plan & strategize media placement of both traditional & online platforms to develop branding & positioning of IOI Malls
- Plan and coordinate all PR campaigns including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability aligned with branding & positioning of the malls
- Build good media relation and cultivate new media contacts within the business & industry
- Manage media launch, media inquiries, crisis, and interview requests
- Create content for press release, media statement, articles, and keynote for presentation
- Media monitor and analyze communication of PR results on project basis
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting retailers & shoppers and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding
- To ensure effective implementation and coordination of duties internally amongst departments for PR campaigns
- Lead and assist in planning, strategising, coordinating and executing all media, PR and Social Media related activities & content for IOI Malls.
- Lead, support and direct teams in the development, coordination, implementation and administration of communication campaigns using both traditional and integrated tools
- Responsible for the management and development of PR team
- Lead and assist in writing and presenting PR communication plans, copy writing and editorials, press releases, media invitations, speeches and developing key messages for IOI Malls
- Securing and coordinate media interviews and press conferences, media launch and all media related materials and activities for IOI Malls
- To play an engaging role with the media and work closely with editors
- Cultivate and build new and existing relationships with clients in order to support new business effort
- Able to work as a team /individually to contribute in strategizing and value-added PR to the company and its clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 4 - 5 Year(s) of PR agency or relevant experience is required for this position
- Great in Media Relations (with proven records) & KPIs Driven
- Computer literate
- Videography, Photography & Illustration Skills are added value

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
