Understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications or sample part to determine the dimensions and tolerances of fabrication workpiece, sequence of operations. JIS, ANSI and DIN standard understanding.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Create CNC programming. (Mastercam or Cimatron software)
- Operate CNC Milling machine with Fanuc Controller & etc. (3 Axis)
- Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary
- Fabricate, modify parts to make / repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines
- Knowledge in parts' materials such as aluminium and/ or engineering plastics.
- Productivity and lead time improvement activity.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing machines as required
- Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, designers, superior or others to resolve machining or fabrication problems
- Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner customers, co-workers and management
- Adhere to safety and environmental requirements for personal safety and safe working environment.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Tools & Die Engineering or Relevant work experience of 3~5 years, preferably in related industry will be considered.
- Skilled in CNC Programming (Cimatron CAM Software)
- Experienced in operating CNC milling machine (Fanuc Controller)
- Experienced in operating CNC milling machine (Fanuc Controller)
- Preferably experienced in fabrication of aluminium, steel and engineering plastic material.
- Must have demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
