- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with personal errands or tasks as assigned.
- Support CEO in coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage office filing systems, records, and documentation (both physical and digital).
- Prepare reports, letters, and memos as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage company letterbox, and arrange courier services.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, staff activities, and company events.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, internal departments, and building management when needed.
- Handle renewal of contracts with building management, cleaning services, and other maintenance service providers.
- Maintain proper records of tenancy, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks or assign by management / CEO.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Executive.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
