CNC Machinist

**WORK PLACE: Kulim, Kedah.**

**WORKING HOURS**:

- Normal shift: 8am - 5pm
- Shift: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am

**SHIFT PATTERN: 5 working days, 2 off days**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To program and operate CNC machine to produce part/components based on the technical drawing.
- To plan out machining processes according to the technical drawing requirement.
- To ensure the work piece dimension and appearance similar to the part drawing.
- To support the engineering team in testing, modifying and developing new part/components.
- To carry out basic machine maintenance and improve machine operating ratio.
- Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

**REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET**:

- Possess Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/CAD&CAM/Die and Mold Tooling or equivalent.
- Good hands-on experiences in handling CNC EDM, CNC wire cut, lathe and milling will be added advantage
- Math skills to take precise measurements and make calculations
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective manufacturing plans based on specifications
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- To be able to drive changes and be a change agent.

**BENEFIT**:

- Basic Salary: RM1800.00 - RM4000.00 per month _(Base on working experience)_
- Transport allowance: RM120.00 per month _(if own transport)_
- Meal allowance: RM5.00 per day
- Morning shift allowance: RM10.00 per day
- Night shift allowance: RM15.00 per day
- Medical claim: RM2000.00 per year
- Dental & Optical: RM300.00 per year
- Yearly medical checkup: RM200.00 per year
- EPF, EIS & SOSCO contribution
- EPF employer contribution: 15%

- At least 1 rest day per week
- Annual leave: 14days - Pro-rated _(less than 2 years' serviced)_

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
