- Maintain and organize departmental records, including compliance documents, ISO files, and operational reports.
- Update and track staff attendance, duty rosters, and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in preparing and submitting accounting data, including invoices, expense records, and payment details.
- Process and verify overtime (OT) submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports to be review by the Manager.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory tracking of PPE, uniforms, and stationery to support operational needs.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Assist in implementing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for administrative tasks.
- Handle document filing, data entry, and correspondence to support daily administrative operations.
- Support internal communication and coordination with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager or management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Willing to work in shift arrangement (Morning & Afternoon shift).
- Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation
- Meals are provided daily.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
