We are a fast-growing IT company with MD status based in Kota Kinabalu, digitizing businesses with their own Customer Loyalty APP. We’re looking for 2 motivated APP Coordinator (Helpdesk & Support) to join our team and help shape the future of tech in Malaysia.

**What You'll Do**:

- Build strong client relationships and offer tailored tech solutions.
- Coordinate project delivery and ensure on-time completion.
- Handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct training to help clients fully leverage our products.
- Rigorously test our apps to ensure they are bug-free and perform seamlessly.

**What You Need**:

- Diploma or higher; fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Interest in technology and enjoy interacting with people.

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500 + performance bonus

**Working Hours**:

- 9 am - 6 pm, with 1-hour lunch break.
- 5 working days per week, with Wednesdays for Work From Home flexibility.

**Location**: City Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
