We are seeking dynamic, results-driven individuals and with no experience to join our telemarketing team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients from our provided database. You will utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to pitch our products/services, handle objections, and ultimately close sales. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback for process improvement are integral parts of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage purchases or appointments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Work towards and achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and suggestions for improvement.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
