Technical Support Vietnamese Speakers

**D**UTIES AND **R**ESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Help Desk team will provide two (2) primary functions:
**1. Support End User Windows 10 Migrations**
- Team will provide remote guidance for end user migration of Customer Laptops and Desktops, Virtual Desktops
- Help Desk Role for Physical System
i. Kickstart physical remote Laptops and Desktops
ii. Enabling the automated upgrade for either a Migration in place of an existing PC or a PC hardware replacement (install new PC)
iii. Peripherals install - walk through remotely if requested
iv. Manual Application install leverage AIG’s existing process/tools (if required)
v. Data migration backup and restore
vi. Confirm completion
vii. Escalate non migration issue to Dell EUC Engineering or AIG
- Help Desk Role for VDI user migration - Virtual Desktops
i. Kick off process for data migration if required
ii. Manual Application install leverage AIG’s existing process/tools (if required)
iii. Confirm completion
iv. Escalate non migration issue to Dell EUC Engineering, Dell EUC Citrix team or AIG
**2. Post Migration Support**
- Customer users will have five (5) days following their migration contact Dell Help Desk resources to ask for user experience assistance as needed Help Desk will Support User Requests for guidance/assistance with migration related issues
- Escalate issues as needed to Dell EUC Engineering, Dell EUC Citrix team or AIG
**3. Additional skill/knowledge (optional), if acquired, will be an added advantage in complementing the remote support role**
- Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Teams
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Lync; Skype for Business Server
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Active Directory; Azure Active Directory including ADFS, ADRMS
