**Salary**: RM 23,000 - RM 28,000

We are looking for high leadership CFO with excellent financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop insights and recommendations. The new incumbent shall possess a combination of technical and leadership skills, financial acumen, and strategic thinking ability to successfully manage the financial operations and drive growth for the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and financial analysis.
- Develop financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions, including investments, pricing, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external financial partners.
- Manage the company's cash flow and capital requirements, ensuring that funds are available to meet operational needs and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on financial performance to the board of directors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations.
- Ensure that the company's financial systems and processes are efficient, effective, and secure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting, and implement changes as needed.
- Overall, the CFO plays a critical role in the financial management and strategic direction of the company, ensuring that it remains financially sound and well-positioned for growth and success.

**Qualifications needed**
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically required, while a master's degree or CPA certification may be preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Financial Controller / Finance Director.
- Experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions is highly valued.
- An effective leader, able to manage and motivate a team, provide clear direction, and establish a positive and productive work environment.
- Have strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop insights and recommendations.
- Able to think strategically, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Familiar with financial software and systems, as well as other business technologies, and be able to leverage these tools to improve financial processes and reporting.

**Salary**: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IFRS/MFRS: 10 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing finance: 5 years (preferred)
- Mergers & acquisition: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
