- Responsible & make sure general administrative & clerical support is on time.
- Prepare & modify office documents.
- Schedule & coordinate meetings, appointments & interview arrangements for relevant parties.
- Maintain & order office supplies (stationery, grocery, etc.)
- Assist in renewal & payment for company’s insurance, tenancy etc.
- Assist in planning & organizing company activities/events/engagements.
- Handle staff claims and assist in the inventory record
- To always maintain the confidentially of company & HR information.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superiors.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Office
- Able to speak **Cantonese** to communicate with clients from Hong Kong.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
