An established and reputable leading MNC in the industrial sector is seeking a **Legal Manager** to join its growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic legal advice to management on business decisions, commercial risks, and regulatory matters.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business expansion, contracts, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and regional laws, industry standards, and corporate policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Support new business acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships in Malaysia and across the region.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate legal role or reputable law firm. Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance business and legal priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
