**FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its digital capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve as a Digital Change Agent. The Job Description for the prospect Digital Change Agent are as below;**
- _**Merchants and Farmers Acquisition**_ _- Identify and target potential merchants and farmers through various channels, including online search, networking events and referrals. Conduct outreach to prospective merchants and farmers and presenting the benefits of partnership._
- _**Onboarding Process Champion**_ _- Guide new merchants and farmers through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support at multiple stage. Assist them in completing necessary documents and compliance with FarmByte's policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal team to facilitate the setup and integration of their accounts on our platform._
- _**Training and Support**_ _- Provide training to new merchants and farmers on how to use the platform and leverage its features to maximize their sales. Address any questions or concerns merchants may have during the onboarding process, offering prompt and effective solutions._
- _**Relationship Management**_ _- Gather feedback from merchants and farmers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall onboarding experience._
- _**Tracker Updating**_ _- Maintain and update onboarding trackers to ensure accurate and timely information is available. Regularly update the status of each onboarding process, noting any delays or issues. Provide weekly reports to the Change Management Manager on the status of onboarding activities and progress against target._
- _**Digital Marketing**_ _- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to generate leads and drive merchants and farmers' acquisition. Monitor and analyst the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results._

- _Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field._

- _Proficiency in Malay, English (both written and spoken), and Mandarin is a bonus, as it enables engagement with a diverse audience and the management of multilingual content._
- _Any previous working experience in business analysis or similar capacity will be a bonus._
- _Able to travel on road tours and events around Malaysia._
- _Good organizing and time-management skills._
- _A team player but yet able to work independently._
- _Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suites._
- _Strong presentation and storytelling skills._
- _Good adaptability in a fast-paced start-up business environment._

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
