- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, rooms, and facilities.
- Handle repair work related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, air-conditioning, and general fixtures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Assist in coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs or servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
- Support housekeeping and front office teams with technical needs.
- Ensure the hotel premises, facilities, and equipment are kept in good working order at all times.
