**Responsibilities**
- Conduct pre-sale product demonstrations at healthcare facilities.
- Provide post-sale user training to ensure optimal use and feature maximization of the equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support clinical products before and after sales.
- Actively participate in customer service activities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supply the sales team with clinical information, research, evaluation materials, and technical expertise to help market the product.
- Share market intelligence and information gathered from daily activities.
- Create and implement training materials and programs.
- Organize, participate in, and conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) events such as workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, and other projects assigned by management.
- Assist in KOL building
- Perform all business activities following company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferably for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
- Experienced as clinical educator will be an advantage.
- Possess good communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
