**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily maintenance activities for machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and etc.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance checklists and ensure compliance with ISO and DOSH standards
- Conduct scheduled inspections and submit details report to relevant authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with safety, quality, health, and environmental regulations. (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility and equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- **Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM)**is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
