**About this role**
Multi-disciplinary Building Services or Building Structures Assistant Technician/Modeller within Arup
Malaysia helping to deliver high quality 2D Technical Drawings, Building Information Modelling (BIM)
models, data and documentation by an authorized CAD or BIM software. Lead BIM modelling work in a project and support production and quality check on Civil and Structural, Architectural or other disciplines BIM models and drawings as the need arises

**What will I do?**
- Liaison with graphics team with regards to artwork production, format tender documents based on Arup templates or specific tender requirements. Coordinate specific tender activities as part of tender processes, including following up contributors for timely inputs
- Undertake technical drawing production and modelling activities for the Civil/Structures/Geotechnical team and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of your work to Arup and Project standards and for meeting set deadlines
- Lead the juniors in delivering modelling work on defined tasks or projects, with limited supervision and provide modelling, and coordination input on any stage of a projects
- Monitor and ensure project adherence to CDE standards; sets up a common Data Environment for the discipline if no overall CDE is set up for the project
- Collaborate on similar projects undertaken by other Arup offices where engineering modelling resources are not available in the form of work-sharing

**What will I bring?**
- Recognized relevant qualification in engineering/design/drafting and or similar area with experience in technical drawings production, BIM modelling or related engineering area
- collaboration.
- Develop good understanding with building projects and coordination between all disciplines related one to another in a BIM model.
