Monitoring security vulnerabilities, threats and events in network and host systems to develop contingency plans and manage security breaches
- Develop appropriate prevention, detection and remediation systems and processes to meet threats
- Develop strategies to handle security incidents and coordinate investigative activities
- Maintain effectives systems and confidentiality of information
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining and solving computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request
- Providing technical support to users
- Troubleshooting / diagnosing/ solving system and network problems
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
