In the Business Management team of Softinn, we believe in great attention to detail (a.k.a meticulous) and continuous improvement of business & operational processes. **Job Responsibility**: - Accurately & effectively perform bookkeeping of accounts - Handle a full set of accounts in an orderly manner. Knowledge of SST is a plus point - Prepare management and business reporting - Handle HR Administrative tasks - Handle customer account renewal, invoicing & follow up - Compile Softinn product knowledge base and user guides - Conduct Softinn product training for existing customers (Online Training) - Analyze existing customer account usage & monitor customer retention rate - Monitor the performance of other departments, and facilitate them in achieving their target - Be ready for any other office and business administrative tasks that are required - Be the first contact person in the office **Job Requirements**: - Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience - Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the customer-facing role or in any of the related field - Possess fundamental finance & accounting knowledge - Competent in using Accounting Software & System - Typing Speed: Minimum 200 CPM or 50WPM - Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details - Meticulous, organized, and good at time management - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty - Excellent in execution & presentation - Able to think critically and develop creative solutions to problems as they arise - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (plus point) - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply **Not Mandatory but BONUS if**: - Familiar with the WAVE accounting system - Familiar with Excel PowerQuery - Familiar with video editing software - Understanding of e-commerce - Knowledge and interest in the travel tech industry **Report to Work options**: - Melaka branch Only **You Should Join if**: - You are looking for a more casual working culture that encourages creativity - You believe a good business management exec. helps improve business efficiency and bring smiles to colleagues internally and Softinn users **You should NOT join if**: - You don't enjoy learning new skills, new knowledge, and new technology - You are not an organized & meticulous person - You hate numbers, figures & reporting work - You are not passionate about business management & support function roles **Salary Range**: - RM 2,300 to RM 3,200 **Employee Benefits**: - Monthly Outings - Free Flow of Snacks - Casual dress code - Monthly Potluck Party - Production-ready laptop & monitor **Additional Perks for Your Role**: - Online training course for Excel Power Query - Online training course for Excel Pivot Table - Online training course for accounting system Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Ayer Keroh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - customer-facing role: 1 year (preferred) - Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
