## Role Overview:
The **Primary Care Tuition Teacher** will work closely with students to provide personalized tutoring, address learning challenges, and ensure academic progress. You will create lesson plans and activities tailored to the specific needs of each student while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

## Responsibilities:

- **Assess Student Progress**: Regularly assess and track student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and observation to ensure they are improving in their learning journey.
- **Develop Lesson Plans**: Create customized lesson plans and learning activities that cater to each student's learning style and academic level.
- **Offer Academic Support**: Help students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation, providing clear explanations and additional resources when needed.
- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment**: Establish a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere where students feel confident to ask questions, express themselves, and grow academically.
- **Communicate with Parents/Guardians**: Provide regular updates to parents/guardians on student progress, areas of improvement, and strategies for continued success.
- **Adapt to Different Learning Styles**: Be flexible and patient, adjusting teaching methods and materials according to the individual needs of each student.
- **Encourage Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving**: Support students in developing critical thinking skills and encourage them to take an active role in their learning.

## Qualifications:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Education, Primary Education, or a related field (preferred).
- **Strong communication skills**: Ability to explain concepts clearly, encourage students, and maintain positive relationships with both students and parents.
- **Patience and Empathy**: A caring attitude with the ability to understand and address the academic and emotional needs of students.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adjust teaching methods based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
