Assistant Finance Manager

**Day-to-Day Operations**
- Oversee accounting operations, including account payables, receivables, and general ledger.
- Monitor and control unsafe practices for head office and branches.
**Financial Reporting**
- Review reports submitted by individuals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and various financial reports for management.
- Provide overall company status, turnover, revenue records, cash flow, and various financial statistics.
**Budgeting and Cash Flow**
- Assist in preparing overall company budgeting and cash flow.
**Compliance and Procedures**
- Ensure operational activities comply with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure Finance activities and Financial Accounts are in accordance with statutory requirements and tax compliance.
- Administer and ensure effective accounting procedures, including credit control and Account Receivable (AR) monitoring.
- Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures required by QHS Management System.
**External Liaison**
- Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Lawyers, and Government Bodies on finance-related matters.
**Software and Data Maintenance**
- Monitor accounting software and data maintenance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
